With various locations in BC, Yoga and Wine Holidays, hosted by Sunny, is an escape if you are seeking balance. From the retreat, you can expect to be taught a variety of yoga styles from Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, and Restorative. For an extra treat, you get complementary massages, and a winery tour to end the day. The next event hosted by Sunny is at the Vancouver International Wine Festival on February 18, 2017. She Recovers is a destination yoga retreat, from Playa Secreto in Mexico to Bali, with one retreat located at Victoria’s own Salt Spring Island.
