Originating from France, Grand Marnier is a premium orange liqueur that blends fine cognacs with the distilled essence of tropical oranges – perfect for creating sensational cocktails.

The label has a rich and luxurious history. It was created in 1880 by Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle when oranges were a very rare commodity in France. The use of this exotic fruit by Marnier-Lapostolle in his liqueur was one of the earliest forms of innovation in spirits, and an audacious idea in its time. This part of the brand’s history lives on, as the oranges are still sourced from their original farms in the Caribbean.

½ oz Tequila
½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice

Grand Marnier ‘Watch Over Me’

Watch Over Me
½ oz Grand Marnier
½ oz Wild Turkey
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ dashes Bittered Sling Clingstone Peach Bitters
2 Rosemary Sprigs
2 oz Cold Sparkling water
Add 1 sprig of rosemary and all remaining ingredients to the cocktail shaker (omit sparking water). Add ice and shake hard. Open the tin and gently pour sparkling water in to combine then double strain into a flute glass.

With these great drink ideas, make sure you have some equally delicious nibbles for you and your guests to share. You could try pairing with some crunchy spiced nuts, or for those with a sweet tooth why not try chocolate orange treats , or for a fully indulgent experience pair with a decadent tiramisu. Whatever you choose, you and your guests are sure to enjoy the sumptuousness of this historic cognac.
