The annual Best of the West sponsored by Grosvenor Americas is a food and wine pairing competition returning for the 7th year in a row. Experience a delicious and thrilling evening hosted by the culinary aficionados at Aurillia Consulting, as top chefs compete for your vote in the gorgeous setting of Ambleside Pier.

Wednesday, August 9th: 7-9 pm
Twelve of the Lower Mainland’s best restaurants are paired with twelve BC wineries and entered in a culinary arts competition where guests are encouraged to vote for their favourite pairing. The duo with the most votes wins the title of Best of the West for 2017. With participating restaurants including the Fairmont Waterfront’s ARC Restaurant, Feast – The Neighbourhood Table and Temper Chocolate & Pastry and many more, this is sure to be a sumptuous evening!

Mixology Night on the Pier also returns to Ambleside Pier, back by popular demand for the 2nd year. This beautiful, “buzzy” event celebrates the cocktail culture renaissance in an intimate setting. Commencing at sunset, Mixology Night sees patrons drifting between 8 of BC’s top bartenders, tempted by deliciously innovative drinks while sampling scrumptious catered food and listening to great music. Mixology Night on the Pier has quickly become one of the most anticipated events of the Harmony Arts Festival. Only 250 tickets will go on sale, and if last year is any indication, they will get snapped up very quickly.
