Does the impending holiday season have you already pre-planning festive evenings with friends and family? Bring a little sparkle to your gathering with the newly released Kim Crawford holiday edition bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.
Given Kim Crawford‘s reputation for excellence, it is not just about what is on the outside of the bottle, but also what is on the inside. Kim Crawford’s Sauvignon Blanc grapes are selected from vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley and the neighboring Awatere Valley.
Fast draining, alluvial loams over gravelly subsoils in these valleys provide ideal growing conditions for these grapes. This wine pairs beautifully with light salads due to its fresh, fruity, and zesty flavors. However, this wine is not just great on its own, it is great to mix. This holiday season why not add a little flair to your selection by mixing up a delicious wine cocktail like this delectable concoction created by Ateliers & Saveurs owner and mixologist, Fanny Gauthier.
