5/26: Little Black Dress Gala – The Spring Charity Event

The Little Black Dress Gala almost here! This brilliant charity event is an elegant intersection of philanthropy, the arts, education, fashion, and support for the underprivileged youth that have the potential to shape our beautiful city.

We challenge to channel your inner fashionista and wear your best little black dress (or suit!) for the cause and join us for a glamourous evening of jazz, ballet, opera, and giving back at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.

Those who have attended in previous years know that the Gala showcases established artists, designers and musicians, while providing young and budding local talent the opportunity to show their work.

The Spring 2017 Designers include many established faces and many more new ones! Enjoy the elegant talents of Jennifer Kappler of de volk & gosche, Rimpy Sahota, and Marie Vina Couture, along with two dozen more designers.

The LBD Gala is a vibrant, inclusive environment. A wonderful event that welcomes socially minded guests, community influencers, diplomats, emerging leaders, government officials, educators, individuals from all types of professions, and companies all in one place to make a difference in the lives of marginalized youth.

Little Black Dress Gala 2015.

The evening also celebrates the city of Vancouver’s multiculturalism, performing arts, fashion, jazz music and the positive change that is happening in the lives of youth.

In support of the women in our community Help Change My City has set aside a certain number of tickets for single mothers and women in need. If you would like to sponsor one of these ladies to attend the Little Black Dress Gala, ‘Sponsor a Woman In Need’ tickets are available for $20. These women will be given their ticket, a donated black dress and shoes for the event.
