They have been creating delicious flavours since 2012, and only make small batches at a time to work with foraged ingredients like coriander. They also make take home tubs in glass jars that are are returnable and reusable. Environmentally friendly, and mouthwatering? Count me in! Maestro James is the owner and has won international, national, and local awards for his gelato. Say Hello Sweets is an on-the-go ice cream truck that travels all around the Vancouver area. This idea was inspired by the owner, Naomi Arnaut, as a way to raise money for her dog who needed expensive surgery (do not worry, she is good now). As flavours do rotate to keep it fresh, if you can catch the Toasted Marshmallow or Mint to Be, it is definitely worth the trips.
